Good morning!
One busy week left until break!
This week will be finishing out unit on fractions and working to complete our "Night Before Christmas" variations. We will also be doing a little baking and sharing.

Each student must choose someone to interview who immigrated to Canada for term two. We will be working on telling their stories in social studies and language arts. If you don't have a family member or friend we will choose someone historical. Please discuss possible options with your child and take advantage of holiday get togethers to facilitate interviews if possible. If the person your child wants to write about is no longer with us they may be able to gather enough information from other family members in order to tell the story.  Each student has a set of interview questions in their yellow social studies duo tang.
 

It's concert week!!
We are really excited to share our choir work with you this week. Here are a few reminders.

THURSDAY DECEMBER 18
**Morning drop off (8:30)  is at the Calvary church. We will bus back for lunch.

**Arrive dressed in all black at the church at 6:10pm for a 6:30 concert.
