Happy Monday,

Hopefully is rested and ready for our first whole week back this year. This week we will be working on our heritage projects- students will be given class time to complete these projects but some students will need additional information from home. Each deadline will be clearly marked in the agenda as it is due to avoid completing the entire project at the last moment!

We will be completing test corrects today and then working on a first term review to make sure we didn't forget anything over Winter Break. If you are playing math games at home we will be reviewing adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing large numbers with and without decimals as well as percentages and fractions.

We will continue to read and discuss life in early Canada through "The Boundless."

In Science we will be working on note taking and preparing for an arts/technology based project centred on 'Extreme Environments.'
