Happy Snowy Monday!
It's a busy time of year. We are preparing for concerts and finishing up term 1's assignments and projects. Students are working hard and staying on top of their homework!

This week we will be continuing to work on Cartesian Planes and will start wrapping our heads around area word problems as part of our morning jobs. We are also finishing and presenting Partner Pompeii projects this week as part of a research assignment. We will also start exploring rocks and minerals in more depth.

A few dates to note:
Friday- we are recording our CBC contest entry. All students need to come dressed in  all black (no logos) with crazy socks!

Dec 3- Optional choir/band concert day. In school  concert and evening concert.
Be here at 6:10 for a 6:30 concert in the gym- all black with crazy socks.

Dec7- PRO D

Dec 9- Mary Poppins at the Sagebrush

Dec 10- Early dismissal (12:30)/ Parent-teacher interviews by appointment

Dec 17- Christmas concert with JP choir! This will be our big performance of the term- feel free to invite family and friends, there will be plenty of room for everyone.

*Morning rehearsal/drop off at the Calvary church. Bus back to school for lunch.
Students must arrive at 6:00 dressed in all black with red accents (optional), hair french braided at the Calvary Church.*
